Running find & replace MySQL query with phpMyAdmin
To find & replace word using phpMyAdmin follow the steps below:
- Login in to cPanel dashboard and then click on phpMyAdmin from the database section. Demo picture (your cPanel might look slightly different) shown below:
- After phpMyAdmin starts click on SQL. Demo picture shown below:
- Enter SQL query in the format shown below:
update TABLE_NAME set FIELD_NAME = replace(FIELD_NAME, 'Text to find', 'text to replace with');
- Click on go button to continue. After done it shows the number of rows affected.
